Why talk about Coffee and Cycling?
This week we opened a very small café at Bicycles Falardeau . Nothing complicated: 1 espresso machine, cups, coffee and croissants.
Simple isn't it?
It's a small dream to have a café, bicycles and scooters under the same roof. The concept is very vintage. After 103 years, the charming and romantic side of its history should not be taken away from the store.
There is still work to be done. Small improvements to be made. But also a lot of pleasure to serve you a little coffee. Enjoy the ritual of preparing your cup. But in the end, it's the feeling of well-being of having accomplished something simple that makes you happy.
