As countries around the world join forces to bring the current COVID-19 crisis under control, businesses are concerned about the impact events will have on the relationship with their customers.
Customer loyalty and trust are put to the test. Businesses want to continue delivering great value to their customers and resume growth as soon as they can after the crisis. Now is the time for companies to look ahead and think about the improved and innovative offerings they can create and launch to market now to meet current customer needs and drive future business. By considering customers' interests first and foremost, companies show them the importance they place on them and succeed in ensuring their loyalty and maintaining their trust.
Right now confidence is fragile. The demand is there. Supply is very difficult. Transportation costs have skyrocketed. And the scarcity of international carrier availability is a huge challenge. I think I will have all my products by the end of June 2021. It's still 2 months late.
But we remain positive and patient. The inventory will be here very soon.
